ABOUT THIS BUILDING
The Moonshot Museum will open as Pennsylvania’s first space museum in the headquarters of Northside-based space robotics company Astrobotic. Astrobotic completed a comprehensive renovation of what is now one of the largest private lunar logistics facilities in the world in 2021. Previously a bakery, touchscreen manufacturer, and postal facility, the Astrobotic/Moonshot Museum campus today is a state-of-the-art facility in which spacecraft are built, tested, and directed from Mission Control Pittsburgh.
