YOUR EXPERIENCE
This stop on the tour features sports memorabilia galore! Owner Richie Cupka has amassed a great collection of Pitt Stadium banners, a section of the Duquesne basketball court floor, a 25th Anniversary Bill Hillgrove plaque, multiple classic photographs of Pittsburgh legends like Green, Marino, Rooney and more! And don’t miss a great photo op in the outdoor courtyard with the Cupka’s Parrots Mural by Jeremy Raymer.
ABOUT THIS BUILDING
This 1908 Victorian style building was originally Meyer’s halfway house. It was known for a number of years as Bill’s Bar until the current owner bought it in 1992. For the past 30 years, many Pittsburghers have made memories here with friends at Cupka’s Cafe II!
