TOUR HOST BIO:
His art, woodcarving, is truly a rare form of sculpture now; more popular these days in sculpture are assemblage, lights, and computer-generated pieces. He is self-taught, and has been exhibiting since 1959. His work is held in several public collections, including the Art Institute of Chicago and the Whitney in New York. Thad had a solo exhibition at Karma in NY in 2020, and most recently an exhibition at the Baltimore Museum of Art in 2021.
