YOUR EXPERIENCE

Explore this historic building, now transformed into co-share office spaces. From the brightly lit lobby, proceed to the 3rd floor which features two White Box spaces ready to be customized to a tenant’s needs. Then on the 7th floor, guests can experience an incredible tenant lounge alongside the conference rooms while they enjoy stunning views of the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. The spaces are adorned with furniture from Leah Koubar and pop art from local artist Burton Morris, whose work was featured on the hit NBC comedy “Friends”.

ABOUT THIS BUILDING

Built in 1885 and designed by architect John Barr, this terracotta building housed Pickering’s “Greatest Furniture and Carpet Store”.

Originally only six stories tall, three more floors were later added as the company grew. The brick wall between Pickering and the adjoining warehouse was also removed for further expansion. After several decades, Pickering closed in 1931, and the building has undergone many uses since.
