Visitors will get see the wine-making facility and get brief description of the wine making and veteran services provided. Wines of America is a veteran owned, farm to table winery, four generations strong, with vineyards across the US and offers 27 wines at this location. The wine bar and piano lounge will be open for anyone (over 21) to purchase wine flights, cheese boards, and wine by the glass or bottle to enjoy here or take with.
ABOUT THIS BUILDING
Forge Wine Bar and Veterans Helping Veterans are housed in this building, as part of the area’s redevelopment. Originally, this space within the building was a open undeveloped basement and a first floor theater. Now it is a multi-purpose venue. Currently, it serves as an operational urban winery and wine venue named The Forge Wine Bar, for Wines of America. Additionally, last June, it was multi-purposed further to serve as a Veteran center, providing needed services to our Veterans. The space also opens its doors to the community on Sunday mornings for church services.
