The Historic Investment Building

239 Fourth Avenue

Oct 1: 9 A.M - 4 P.M

Oct 2: NA

The Investment Building was built in 1927 by John Donn with a neo-classical design based off of the same architectural features of the Arrot Building and Benedum-Trees buildings a generation before. The building was an intricate part of the early 20th century banking and financial industry in Pittsburgh and now houses the Downtown CDB’s first and, to date, only co-working location.

Visitors will have the opportunity to tour this unique membership-based co-working office space in Pittsburgh, designed for those who do not want the hassles of a traditional office.
